Purpose of the Complaints Scheme

To keep the public safe by ensuring that only registered Care Workers who are suitably trained and qualified to practice competently and ethically are registered. As part of our Complaints Procedure, all Australian College of Care Workers members can be assured of Confidentiality, Natural Justice, and Privacy.
